Our passion is to showcase the very best of Mull’s wonderful rich larder, together with herbs and leaves from the Lodge's own garden. Our island suppliers are some of the most dedicated and inspiring producers in Scotland, providing us with the freshest seafood, meats of the highest quality and award winning cheese.

The Pennygate Restaurant is run by chef Noel, with partner Rema greeting diners at front of house. Living on Mull for 10 years, this young couple bring a wealth of experience to Pennygate, from their origins in the Philippines to five star hotels in Dubai and The Ritz in London.
Noel and Rema look forward to welcoming you to experience their twist on classic Scottish cuisine, served in the tranquil and unhurried atmosphere of the beautifully restored dining room overlooking the garden and bay.
Before you dine you may wish to enjoy an aperitif in the lounge or garden, choosing from a fine selection of Scottish craft gins, sparkling wines or champagne. With your meal, sample our wine list, carefully crafted to complement our dishes. And afterwards, consider rounding off your meal with a wee dram.
